Unilink has been on the market continuously for 20 years now. We started as a leading distributor of consumer loans and for 15 years now we have been focusing solely on the sell of insurances through a nationwide community of Insurance Agents.
Today, after 15 years since the beginning of our activity in the Insurance industry, we can boast the largest network of Agencies in Poland and the largest written premium. Unilink prioritizes organic development, but is also a pioneer of development by acquisitions. A the effect of those actions, Unilink group has been created.

In 2016 we have made an acquisition of the multiagency VOXEN, specializing in the distribution of insurances in the dealership channel. VOXEN offered services to such brands as SUZUKI and KIA. In 2017 we have made another big enterprise, which was an acquisition of the Insurance Service Agency. In the next year, Unilink Group was enlarged by three companies: Asekur Partner and Bonus Insurances. Moreover, in mid 2019, another company, Consultia, joined Unilink Group. At the end of 2020 we became a shareholder of DAMO UBEZPIECZENIA and of the Silesian Insurance Center.

In the beginning of 2021, Unilink Group made the first foreign acquisition of a leading Bulgarian insurance broker, I&G Insurance Brokers, generating almost PLN 300 million per year. The end of 2021 is another acquisition of Safety Broker de Asigurare, the largest insurance distributor in Romania, also operating in Moldova, with the written premium of around 800 million PLN and less than 8% share in the insurance market.

In November 2022, INSIA - the leading insurance distributor in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, joined the Unilink Group. INSIA cooperates with 1,300 agents and has a network of 450 marked outlets, with a written premium of nearly PLN 700 million (data for 2022). The investment in INSIA strengthened Unilink as the largest insurance distributor in Central and Eastern Europe.

In April 2023, Unilink Group joined the leading global fintech and insurance broker Acrisure. With this decision, the Unilink Group intends to accelerate its international growth and leverage Acrisure's global presence and expertise.

At the beginning of January 2024, Unilink Group completed the acquisition of Euro Posredovanje, a leading insurance broker in Croatia. In June 2025, Unilink acquired Priori Zavarovanje d.o.o. in Slovenia. In August 2025 Unilink Group acquired Mega Brokers SA, the largest retail insurance agent in Greece.

As a result of these transactions, the Unilink Group is currently present in 9 CEE countries: Poland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Greece.

The Unilink Group also operates in the MGA (Managing General Agent) formula in Poland (Unext) and Romania (Next Ins Pro). The Group is present in all sales channels with particular focus on the agency channel. Throughout the whole CEE Region, the Group cooperates with 16 500 Agents & brokers, has 3 000 branches and serves 10,3 million customers.
